THE EXPERIENCE:

Discover our vibrant coffee with floral hints of jasmine and roses, paired with lively notes of lemon, tropical fruits, and a balanced malic and citric acidity. Enjoy a full-bodied richness accentuated by subtle clementine, lemongrass, and tangerine, all culminating in a sweet and invigorating taste experience.

Their coffee encapsulates all that they are, with floral notes of jasmine and roses that transport you to the picturesque mountains of Huila. Dionel aspired to set himself apart from other coffee growers, aiming for recognition based on the perfection of his cup, unique aroma, and flavor. He simply wanted to be the best, and he succeeded! 

PROCESS:

  1. All cherries are selected by hand, picking only ripes. 
  2. Cherries ferment in a hopper for 24 hours. 
  3. After fermentation, Cherries are dry depulped and kept in fermenter tanks for 40 hours. 4. Then they are washed and spread in African sunbed driers for 10-15 days. 5. Coffee is brought to a moisture level between 10.5% – 11.5%
